What is the meaning behind the name “Conscious Cosmetics”? 

Lets first look at the word “Conscious.” To be conscious is to be aware. We believe individuals should have access to vegan and cruelty free cosmetics that are also affordable. Nowadays, we aren’t aware of the harmful ingredients found in popular cosmetic brands, but we take the risk anyway due to convenience or vegan makeup being more expensive. This is where Conscious Cosmetics comes in. We want individuals to use our cosmetics without having to worry about the effects of non-vegan makeup. Not only will you look beautiful on the outside, you will feel even better on the inside.

Do we offer worldwide shipping? 

Yes we offer shipping worldwide. Unless otherwise stated by USPS due to COVID-19 temporary suspensions. However, International orders may take up to 30 days to arrive. We ask for your patience and understanding as this is a lengthy process.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, we ONLY refund items that were either missing from your order, incorrectly sent or has a quality issue/concern. This MUST be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery by e-mail at: help@consciouscosmetics.com. We do not ship replacements.

Do you accept returns?

No, we do not accept returns for sanitary reasons. If your item was damaged upon arrival, then you must contact USPS/UPS the (shipping provider) to inquire about a refund for a damaged item. We are not responsible for any lost items during shipping as well, USPS should be contacted if there are any issues during shipping process.

How do I track my order?

You should receive an e-mail with your tracking information once your item has been shipped.
